Augustus Edwin Mulready, Oil on board. Panel size is 25.4 by 20.3 cms. Signed and dated,1896, lower left. In a giltwood frame with some rubbing to the gilt. The painting itself is in excellent condition. Edwin Mulready, a member of the Cranbrook Colony of artists was from a family of artists. His grandfather moved to London from Ireland in 1792 and married Elizabeth Varley a landscape artist.
